I began mushing dogs at eight years old with my twin sister when we harnessed our first “sled dogs” (cocker spaniels). The addiction of mushing grew from there, my sister and I have pushed each other as we were both competed gymnastics throughout college and applied to veterinary school this fall. I have worked the past three summers for Dallas Seavey as a tour guide both on a glacier and in Talkeetna. I am beyond blessed for my family and friends who have helped me pursue dog mushing.
