| My husband and I and our two small kids have a little Christmas tree farm and 18 sled dogs outside Duluth where we’ve been living and running for the past 2 1/2 years. I was an RN in pediatric heart surgery for many years but have hung up those reins for a second career as a stay at home mom and tree farmer. I like the change! I’ve always been more of the manager and nutritional consultant, but this year have decided to step on the runners and do a race myself. I’m taking the puppies for their first race and between them and me this should be a good combo for some (mis)adventure! |
