Liza Dietzen

Wallace, MI

Since I was five years old, I’ve always dreamed of one day doing the Iditarod. In 2020 I finished the Beargrease Marathon and completed my qualifying races. We will just be doing recreational and six dog races this season because of current events and other unforeseen circumstances. I am excited to try the “other” side of the game, trying a more traditionally fast paced race class over the long trot of a race such as the Marathon. I have a group of enthusiastic well-rounded dogs this season, and I’m excited to see what they bring to the table!
